Step 1: Logged in and suddenly can't see the buttons? Enter any text in the message field.
Step 2: Select a mode.
Step 3: Click the selected button and immediately type any request in the message field.
Step 4: Click the 'Stop' button to exit to neutral mode and choose a new path.
