It provides a free 24-point checklist covering the idea, budget, unit economics, sales plan, expenses, risks and document consistency. Users can then submit a short 8-question application for paid individual help with calculations and a business plan. The service works across Russia. Approval is decided by the official commission; the bot does not guarantee it.
