Descripción
The final product of the project is an intelligent online shop management system on the Telegram platform, developed for micro-business companies in the b2c sector.
The project consists of 2 parts: 1 - CRM-system for full business cycle, 2 - telegram web-app for customer orders.
Client application (web-app) allows:
View the assortment of the shop;
Add products to ‘favourites’ for quick access;
Form a basket for planned purchases;
Place orders online via Telegram;
Pay for orders online via various payment providers (Yukassa, Robocassa, etc.);
Save addresses and phone numbers for future orders;
Receive notifications with the current status of the current order;
View order history with all details;
Receive notifications about promotions and discounts;
Ask questions directly to the shop;
Change the colour theme of the interface depending on the time of day (light / dark);
Choose interface language;
Search for the goods of interest by name, description, article;
The CRM system allows you to:
Receive orders and manage their status;
Receive analytics on sales and orders with the ability to upload for further analysis;
Create shops, warehouses, delivery points (including a network for different city districts, different cities / regions / countries);
Create your own product grid;
Upload a ready product grid using YML file;
Keep warehouse records on the balance of goods in the warehouse (including several warehouses / shops for network business);
Form a customer base;
Write to customers directly on Telegram;
Send mass mailings with text and pictures (with the possibility of scheduling and duplication) about promotions and discounts to all people who visited the shop;
Receive notifications of different types for yourself and your employees (new order, cancelled order, low stock levels, reminders about unviewed orders);
Customise the colour theme in the customer app in the business colours;
Send a welcome message to all new users of the client telegram bot;
Maintain multi-lingual product naming, depending on the region of the business (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.);
Add and manage different payment methods for orders: cash on receipt, card on receipt, online payment (e.g. via Yukassa, Robocassa, etc.);
Communicate with customers (in terms of consultation on the assortment and their orders);
Add and change methods of order pickup: self-collection, delivery;
Integrate with third-party services (SDEK, 1C, MojSlad, Bitrix24, etc.);
