* После команды можно добавить количество созываемых, например, кис кис 10 позовет только 10 участников
стоп кис - остановить созыв
зови меня Emoji - назначить личный идентификатор
брысь или не звать меня (отписаться от созывов)
кысь или звать меня (вернуть подписку на созывы)
кис чистка - удалить из списка вышедших из группы
